Shipping Method & Time
We use USPS Priority Mail almost exclusively for shipping products to our customers. Once your order is shipped it will take approximately 3 to 4 days to arrive.

Some items may not be available for immediate shipment. In the event that an Item is back ordered we will notify you and give you the option to cancel the order or wait for the item. Although shipping usually occurs within 7 to 10 days, it can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to ship, depending on the item(s) ordered.

Returns
Due to the nature of our line of security, spy and counter-surveillance products, some items may be used once and no longer needed. For this reason, all sales are final unless defective. No returns will be accepted after (5) business days of receipt. Unless otherwise noted on individual pages.

Defective merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt. A copy of the invoice and a description of the defect must accompany the merchandise. Defective items will be replaced by the same or higher value item, no refunds will be issued. If we do not have the item for replacement, a refund will be issued. We will not accept merchandise without first getting a return authorization number from us.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged if any item is returned without a return authorization number.

• All other products: $6.95 Minimum S&H or 4% of total order, whichever is more.
