The Nite Guard® Spotlight is a powerful rechargeable cordless U.S. made unit which packs a devastating 2 million candlepower beam. Totally portable, it can operate anywhere, anytime from its own built-in rechargeable power supply. Its beam is up to ten times brighter than automobile headlights. In addition to patrol and search & rescue applications, some departments deploy it in some situations as a "distract" device, temporarily disorienting the suspect's night vision for increased officer safety.

Rechargeable from a 110v AC home outlet or from a 12v DC vehicle cigarette lighter socket (both AC and DC converters are included). A rechargeable battery pack is also available. It can also be operated while plugged into the cigarette lighter socket.
